1 cup Moth ( brown beans)
1/2 stick cinnamon
2 cloves
2 big cardamoms
4 peppercorns
1/2tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp salt
1'piece ginger paste
3-4 cloves garlic paste

Tempering

3 tbsp ghee
1/tsp jeera
1 onion finely chopped
1 tomato chopped
1 green chillie slit
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp amchoor
1/2 tsp chillie powder

Soak Moth in 5 cups hot water to soften the skin
grind ginger and garlic to a paste
Pressure cook the moth dal along with the water,cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, pepper,haldi, salt and ginger garlic paste
After the first whistle, keep on low simmer fro 15 minutes or so. Switch and keep aside

Enjoy with rice or chappati
