The organizing team of VHPA-HHD are excited to invite you to Hindu Heritage Day 2024, conducted at Marlboro Middle School on Saturday, May 4^th , starting at 3 PM.  This is a day to celebrate the Hindu Heritage with family and friends, new and old.

We are highlighting some of the activities planned around this year's theme for the mela.

Who does not love a story? To encourage the new generation to learn about our heritage and practice a little public speaking, we are organizing a storytelling event. This will be conducted at the Sri Lakshmi Temple in Ashland, MA on April 13^th. Every participant will get a certificate and a gift, while outstanding performers will get an award. The announcement and awards will be during the Hindu Heritage Day Cultural Program on May 4^th. 

To bring more opportunities to the area youth and encouraging reading of our Itihaas, we are conducting a Ramayan Trivia. Join us on April 13th at 5 PM at the Sri Lakshmi Temple to participate in the trivia. Every participant will get a certificate of participation. Awards distribution will be during the Hindu Heritage Day Cultural Program on May 4^th.

Drawing and Coloring is a way to express one's creativity. We invite the community, especially the youth, to participate in an exhibition on the theme "Maryada Purushottam". Art will be exhibited on Hindu Heritage Day. You also have an opportunity to win a prize for your entry.
