Geethanjali 02/14/2024 Losing a spouse is shattering and requires momentous life adjustments. The major loss and the new identity it plunges upon you take many years to adjust to as you were accustomed to your significant other’s continued presence, having shared with that person your daily life activities and conversations or the little negotiations over who will do this or that. But, when that person is no longer there then, it is natural that you grieve both these minor losses as well as the significant loss of your spouse because your you were preoccupied with thinking and dreaming about that person. I Think of You It is hard to find words To tell you how much I miss you I think about you always I talk about you with other still I wish I could see you one more time From a distance at least I could hear your voice one more time Walking through the door I know you can feel my tears You can sense my loneliness You can discern my heartache That came in when I lost you My pain of losing you Will never ever go away No matter how life changes No matter what I do When I am feeling disparate I search for your face in the clouds I feel unable to utter a word But my heart cries out a lot I yarn day and night for you As each day dawns I think of you As each night falls, I pray for you In my heart, you hold a special place You have never been forgotten I hold you close within my heart And you will guide me through my life Until we meet you in heaven You may also access this article through our web-site http://www.lokvani.com/ |
