It manifests as a painful rash with fluid-filled blisters on the strip of the skin, usually occurring on one side of the body or anywhere in the body. While there is no cure for shingles, Ayurveda, the ancient Indian system of medicine, offers a holistic approach to managing the symptoms, reducing pain, promoting healing, and supporting overall well-being. Pain can be mild to extreme, but sensation often described as stinging, tingling, aching, or throbbing.
