Press Release 11/09/2023 Raj Kumari
Jain, wife of Narinder Jain passed away peacefully on October 26, 2023, surrounded
by family, leaving behind a legacy of wisdom, warmth and a life well lived. Raj
attended Delhi University for her Bachelor of Arts and received her Masters in
Economics at a university in U.P. Ghaziabad. She later pursued her Bachelor in
Education.. Raj
touched so many lives with her passion for life and a zeal to make others
around her happy and full of laughter. She was always ready to listen and share
her heart with others. The overwhelming outpouring of love from her family and
friends during these difficult times is a testament to the impact she had on
many. Raj made friends wherever she went from all walks of life. She was a
trailblazer in the New Hampshire Indian community by actively promoting Indian
culture and introducing Indian culture to her friends of all ethnic backgrounds. Raj Jain was
associated with IANH from its inception in 1989. She was a was a member of the Executive Committee and
later became IANH Secretary in the nineties. After she left the Executive
Committee, Raj regularly attended IANH events. She volunteered many times at
IANH Soup Kitchen Services. She especially enjoyed the IANH Annual Picnics. She
would go early to the Greeley Park and reserve tables. She attended the IANH picnics
