·      Drink it once a day any time of the day as a breakfast or in between lunch and dinner. Drink it as a smoothie rather than juice because you get lots of fiber and much more vitamins and minerals.

·      Use this drink continuously for 3 months, then discontinue it for a month, and then continue it again.

Turmeric Tea

Turmeric is a boon and the best spices for your skin, anti-bacterial, anti-viral, and anti-septic

·      Take two cups of water, add ½-teaspoon turmeric powder, ¼-teaspoon black pepper, 2 pinch of cinnamon powder or 2 small pieces of sticks, 2 inch of ginger crushed or grated. Boil all these together for 5 minutes.

·      The main component of turmeric Curcumin will be well absorbed by adding black pepper. Black pepper helps effect of ginger and cinnamon as well.

·      Take it after meals rather than empty stomach just to avoid feeling of uncomfortableness by some people.

·      One to times in a day is more than enough. Drink it for 2 months and discontinue it for a month before continuing it gain.

Spinach Smoothie/drink

·      Take 1 cup raw spinach, small size or 10 slices of cucumber, 1 inch of grated or crushed ginger, little bit of black pepper (1 to 5 pinches) according to taste or comfort, 2 teaspoon  of Lime juice and add 1 cup of water. Blend all these ingredients well and your smoothie is ready to be consumed.

·      Drink it for 2 months and discontinue it for a month before continuing it again.

·      Spinach boosts hydration, curbs appetite, helps prevent osteoporosis, cuts risk of iron deficiency, strengthens the immune and digestions systems and keeps eyes healthy.

·      Cucumber hydrates your body and it is important for your skin. It is going to help in detoxification of your intestine, improve metabolism. Without having good digestion and good intestine forget about having good skin.

·      Ginger helps in boosting metabolism and digestion of spinach and cucumber

·      Black pepper is going to help the absorption of vitamins, minerals and iron from this mixture.

 

If you want all these effects simultaneously, then use one dink in the morning, another one at lunchtime and the other one at the suppertime. You can also drink them on an alternative day or one drink for 2 months and then switch to another drink, as you feel comfortable.
