Praful Thakkar hosted 'Customer Appreciation Day' at Rasoi Indian Restaurant, Framingham on 29th August. Mr. Thakkar wanted to thank his clients and prospective clients for helping him start a successful career in Real Estate Business. “I decided to start the career in real estate with the sole aim of making the home buying and selling process simple”, said Mr. Thakkar. He has been in the business for one year and his office is located in Andover.

It was a different kind of an event and a pleasant surprise for all the people who attended the event. Usually the job of real-estate agent ends when the client buys or sells a house.” The definition of a real estate agent, for many of us - including me - is, one who wants you to like a house, makes you buy a house, sends a house warming gifts once you buy the house and then ....forgets it. I want to be different,” said Mr. Thakkar.

About 15 families and a few singles attended the event. Everybody enjoyed the event, food and the atmosphere. It was a very informal gathering and Mr. Thakkar made took good care of everybody. The event ended on a joyous note with a raffle for free gift certificates to Rasoi. The winners of the raffle were Ajay Patel and Arun. Mr. Thakkar plans to have such an event every year.
