NAAAP Boston Scholarship Committee invites you to apply for the 2023 Future Leader Scholarship. In order to increase the diversity of our applicant pool this year, it is reaching out to a larger network of Asian-Americans beyond its usual outreach database, which currently consists almost exclusively of high school counselors. 

For more info, the National Association of Asian American Professionals - Boston (NAAAP Boston) is the local chapter of NAAAP, an international non-profit organization that empowers Asian Americans through leadership development, professional networking, and community service. The scholarship serves to recognize outstanding high school seniors who have demonstrated leadership inside and outside the classroom and contribute meaningfully to their communities. This year, it also continues to provide the PRIDE Scholarship in partnership with NAAAP Pride, with the goal of empowering Asian and Pacific Islander LGBTQ+ youth to continue pursuing their dreams as future leaders.

All Massachusetts high school seniors who are of Asian/Pacific Islander descent with demonstrated financial need are encouraged to apply. Candidates are evaluated on academic achievement, extracurricular activities, community service involvement, and financial circumstances. Historically, awards have ranged from $2500-$5000.
