In today's trendy fashion world of metallics and sequins, The Greater Boston Indian American community has always appreciated cutting-edge fashion while staying true to our legacy! For India's 74th Republic Day, IAGB has engaged with this fashion-savvy community to showcase their stunning outfits from various parts of India, a country known for its diversity and vibrancy .. just the way you would experience at the Republic Day Parade in Delhi on Janpath.
Fashion in India has evolved tremendously over the decades. At the republic event, we present the regional-traditional way of dressing and how fashion has elegantly shaped our culture, including how our younger generation is taking it forward. All are under one umbrella of IAGB Republic Day festivities.
In continuation of this show and as part of IAGB's desire to bring our talented community to the forefront, we are taking pride in hosting our very own Bostonian designer Renu Gupta!! As many of you would know, Renu lives in Ashland and has been a one-stop shop for new brides and old fashion junkies for all traditional attire.
So gear up for this amazing event that will come live on 28th Jan as part of IAGB’s India day celebrations.
