Hot Chilli Corn
2 cups boiled corn kernels
1 tsp red chillie flakes
1 green chillie chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 orange and green peppers
1/4 tsp crushed black peppercorns
2 tbsp cilantro
1 tsp salt
Method
Heat a non stick pan. Add the boiled corn kernelsred chilie flakes, green chilli and cook for a minute. Add the lemon juice, peppers and salt. Saute for a couple of minutes to soften the peppers. Mix well. Add the crushed peppercorns and garnish with cilantro.

2 tbsp chana dal
2 tbsp urad dal
