During this workshop, you will learn about “Health Care Proxy and Living Willâ€, also known as “Advanced Health Directive†and prepare this important legal document (non-financial) at no cost to you and without further delay. It will be a “Do it Yourself†(D.I.Y.), confidential and without any legal fees project.
During the workshop, you will - Understand the need for and considerations in preparing this important legal document required for all adults; men or women; in good health or poor health.
- Develop understanding and express your wishes about YOUR health care preferences.
- Receive a FREE copy of Five Wishes document for each attendee prior to the webinar.
- Save hundreds of dollars ($$) of legal fees and avoid delays.
Registration is required and you will receive a copy of personal self-assessment as well as a link to download a copy of the FIVE WISHES document for you to use during the workshop.
