Health Care Proxy And Living Will

Girish Mehta 04/15/2021
Avoid difficult situations that are so common when we become seriously
ill and our loved ones are left to guess what we would have wanted.
National
Healthcare Decisions Day (NHDD) – on April 16th every year – is a
nationwide initiative that encourages adults of all ages to plan ahead
of a health crisis. When we make health decisions ahead of time and put
those wishes in writing, we bring peace of mind to our families. We
enable our caregivers to advocate for us when we are unable to do so for
ourselves.
Indian Circle for Caring USA Inc. (ICC) is pleased to announce a series
of workshops from April 16th to April 18th to help you learn and
prepare your own “Health Care Proxy and Living Willâ€. You can select a
workshop date and time most convenient for you and your family.
During this workshop, you will learn about “Health Care Proxy and Living
Willâ€, also known as “Advanced Health Directive†and prepare this
important legal document (non-financial) at no cost to you and without
further delay. It will be a “Do it Yourself†(D.I.Y.), confidential and
without any legal fees project.
Everyone above the age of 18 should have one created for themselves.
Have a peace of mind and do not be caught unprepared. Please take
advantage of the unique opportunity, register and attend. This is a free
90 minute workshop (including Q&A) as a service to the community.
