CMB’s Thanksgiving Food Drive is a Big Success!!

Chinmaya Mission Boston (CMB) continues to exemplify the change we want to see in the world.  Generosity, empathy, kindness are some of the most valued virtues that we as humans can have.

Given the COVID conditions, many people around us are finding it difficult to lead a normal life. CMB Seva (Service) team believes it is our social responsibility to step up at this time. In response to our call for the Thanksgiving Food Drive, many of our members and friends helped out. The food drive was overwhelmingly successful. We donated a total of 2000+ meals - almost thrice as much as last year! 

Heartfelt thanks to all who contributed and to the Seva team members who helped at several locations. High school and alumni volunteers were simply awesome with the sorting, packing, and moving the boxes.
