Sanjay Suri will act with the "Sex and the City" actor Jason Lewis, Neha Dubey and Kashmira Shah in "My Bollywood Bride". The film will be directed by ad maker Rajiv Virani and produced by Kashmira Shah’s husband Brad Listermann.

Is Bollywood going gay? At least two films about homosexuality are being talked about endlessly these days. Karan Razdan’s Girl Friend has Isha Koppikar dreaming of Amrita Arora romantically, while in director Shrey Shrivastav’s movie Men Not Allowed newcomer Payal Rohatgi will play a girl interested in sexual relationship with another girl to be played by debutante Monica Castelino .

Another alarming trend is making films revolving around the tales of unsatisfied or neglected housewives. Gone are the days of the sati savithri type of wifeys, former Miss World Priyanka Chopra is all set to play an unhappy spouse in director Girish Dhamija’s Yakeen. After Mallika Sherawat and Meghna Naidu and Mallika Sherawat had done similar roles in Hawas and Murder respectively to satisfying Box Office results.

The Sholay man, Mr. Ramesh Sippy, we hear, is raring to go not with one new film or two but three!
The films will most likely be directed by Vikram Bhatt, Rohan Sippy and Milan Luthria. While the Bhatt film will have Amitabh Bacchan in the lead, the one directed by Rohan Sippy will star both; the big B and Saif.

Dance choreographer turned film director Farah Khan was nominated for the Tony Awards for her theatre work in Bombay Dreams. Paul Bogaev has been nominated for orchestration and Mark Thompson for costumes for Bombay Dreams. Farah Khan shares he nomination with Anthony Van Laast.

Om Puri will croon in his unmistakable, unique voice for the film called "Hang Man", which also stars Pankaj Kapoor. Vedic Chant comprising Sidharth, Suhaas and Chandresh have composed the song titled "Ho Sakta Hai" for Mr. Puri .
Vedic Chant was formed in early 1996 and comprises five members. It had recently released the album "Khushii" on Times Music.

Talk about a dream team! If rumors are to believed a bilingual Hindi –Tamil film directed by Singitham Srinivasa Rao will have Kamal Hasan and Madhuri Dixit Nene in the lead. The film is tentatively titled Kumar Sambhavam.

Indian singers Sonu Nigam , Nitin Sawhney and Talvin Singh will be join Peter Gabriel , Coldplay and Michelle Branch in in Los Angeles for ´One Night in India´ concert . The concert is slated to be held on June 8 and the proceeds will go towards the fight against AIDS.

The latest Bhatt relative to turn to film direction could well be Mahesh’s wife, actor Soni Razdan. Nazar ke Samne is a tale about a serial killer and we hear that the Pakistani beauty Meera will essay the female lead. Mahesh Bhatt and Videsh Films will produce the venture.

Ajay Devgan has finally opted out from Aparna Sen’s maiden Hindi venture ‘Gulel’. Aparna has reportedly signed Dino Morea for her film. Saif Ali Khan had walked out from the film because he didn’t like the script.
