Composer and musician extraordinaire, Kiran Nath released a beautiful Punjabi single “Aj Mera Dil Dhadke” on Sep 28th 2020. The Consul General of New York, Randhir Jaiswal was the chief guest who released the album. The event included a beautiful folk music concert as well.

The beautiful and talented Parveen Minocha, a women with many talents anchored the event and brought color to the event with her poetic introductions. Puran Dang from Lexington presented opening remarks and applauded Kiran Nath’s efforts. 

Kiran ji then took the stage and presented the soulful number Maahiya Mere Maahiya. Sanjay Kaul from Belmont introduced the Consul General who released the album.  Pooja Tiwari presented two very beautiful folk dances to the accompaniment of Kiran Nath’s music. Mitali Wahidi and Kunal Nath presented two beautiful compositions of Kiran Nath. Harish Dang recitation of Dil Vich Rakh Sanoon was very touching. Anuradha Upneja delighted the audience with her lovely  dance and singing presentation of the very population Punjabi song “Peeche Peeche Aunda”. The beautiful backdrop for the dances brought a special touch to the virtual presentation. Preetpal Singh brought a lighter touch to the event with his humorous poems. 

In these special times it is so heartwarming to have an event that brings such delight to the viewer. The innovative and high quality  presentation in a virtual form truly brings joy to the homebound people. A tip of the hat to Kiran Nath and Surendra Nath for working hard to entertain us during the special times. We eagerly await the next presentation.
