powder 1 tbsp mint chopped METHOD · Bring to boil 3 ½ cups of water, add
tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes, uncovered. Drain in a colander. Cool and peel · Heat 4 tsp oil in a pan for 30 seconds.
Add ginger, green chili and raisins · Add peeled tomatoes, ¼ cup water, salt
and sugar and bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. · Add black pepper, roasted cumin powder
