Bala Vihar, Adult and Language classes have taken off at Chinmaya Mission Boston.  All children from ages for 3-14 were excited to meet their teachers and listen to all the new things they will be learning.  The high schoolers shared their summer experiences and looked forward to reconnecting.

The central theme of Mahatma Gandhi-ji's quote “Be the change you wish to see in the world” was discussed. The aim of all Chinmaya classes whether for children, youth or adults is to bring that change within themselves—Inner Transformation.

While the teachers were busy getting to know the children in their classrooms, adults were engrossed listening to Shashiji. Shlokas of Adi Sankaracharya-ji’s Vivekchoodamani were expounded upon to understand Tat Tvam Asi - Essence of Universal Oneness—the core teachings of the Sanatana Dharma.  All this was successfully accomplished via online classes.
