Microsoft Power BI is an enterprise-grade collection of desktop tools, software services, apps, and numerous data connectors. They all work seamlessly together to turn your data into visually impressive, interactive dashboards and reports to achieve your Business Intelligence objectives. You can view these dashboards and reports on your desktop or any mobile device and securely share them with your co-workers and business partners.

Power BI is quite easy to get started and simple to learn. It looks and feels exactly like the Office applications that everyone already knows, making every user instantly productive. It has a variety of features for you to perform analytics on your desktop and publish it to the cloud service for sharing. You can host your Power BI Report Server to publish and share these reports if you are not able to use the platform service for regulatory and data concerns. You can also embed analytics and interactive reporting to your applications.

Srini is Microsoft certified trainer and a lead Cloud Solution Architect at Microsoft, who uses his deep technical experience to ensure large enterprise customers have a great experience when using Microsoft Azure.  

Sunil has 25+ years of experience in architecting and implementing database solutions with in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft SQL Server and Business Intelligence technology stack. Sunil is also a frequent speaker at SQL Saturdays, Code Camps, User Group meetings.
