Dr. Anil Kumar, a leading pain management specialist in New England area has opened a state-of-the-art out patient facility in Stoneham, MA. This facility, called the Northeast Ambulatory Center, is a facility where surgeries can be performed without overnight hospital admission. The center which is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Healthcare, Inc. provides the surgeon access to state-of-the-art-technology in two expansive surgery suites and a procedure room, as well as a spacious recovery area.

Dr. Anil Kumar has been practicing pain management for over six years in the New England area. The center was the vision of Mona Kumar, wife of Dr. Kumar who has been managing his practice for the past several years. “With major hospitals having financial troubles and facing staff cuts, we felt that it was important for patients and surgeons to have a place where personalized attention can be given to surgeries” says Mona Kumar. “We are very proud of the facility. The is the first facility to have a 'C-Arm' in the Boston Area. We plan to upgrade and constantly stay ahead of the curve”.
