As the whole world is battling covid-19 pandemic, we at TAGB are looking for ways to provide coping mechanisms to our community to get through these stressful times.
Meditation is an excellent way to reduce anxiety, and focus on one's mind and body. TAGB is bringing free meditation sessions to the community with the help of BRAHMA KUMARIS world spiritual organization. Stay safe !
