Triśati Suvāsini pujā and Lalithā Kalyānam Celebration

With the blessings of Sri Chinmaya Māruti & Pujya Gurudev Swāmi Chinmāyananda, Chinmaya Mission Boston, Gnanananda Seva Samajam & NE-SRS Brundavan invite you to the celebrations of Pujya Guruji Swami Tejomayānandā’s 70th jayanti (birthday) and the 17th anniversary of Chinmaya Mission Boston with a 3-day event culminating in TriÅ›ati Suvāsini pujā and Lalithā Kalyānam on June 14th, 2020.

In Lalithā sahasranāmā, the mother Goddess is praised as SumangalĪ (SuvāsinĪ), “Suvāsinyarchana preetha”, which means that Devi should be worshipped by married women and these married women should in turn also be worshipped, by which the Goddess is pleased.

All married women are eligible to register for this Suvāsini Pujā. We will worship them individually with the 300 names of The Eternal mother known as Lalithā Triśati. A 16-step puja (Ṣodaśopachāra puja) will be done to each of them. Upon completion of the pujā, all the 300 women will be served a feast on a banana leaf.

Spots are assigned on a first come first served basis and so we urge you to reserve your spot at your earliest opportunity.
