Bihar Association of New England (BANE) held its Annual Holi Function 2019 at the First Church in Marlborough, MA in concert with the Bihar and Jharkhand Association of New England (BJANE). the event was held on April 27, 2019.
The program featured the Indian National Anthem, a function by BJANE, a message by Pushpa Srivastava, a video on Bihar, a poem by Aradhya, a song by Anika Bhatnagar, instrumental music by Abhisar and Aditya, bollywood songs by Ajitabh Ranjan, Oddissi dance by students of Nupur Academy, songs by Sonal and Mitali and bhajans by the NE Bhajan Group.
This was followed by dinner, bingo and dancing.
The emcees of the event were Aditya and Anika. The program was coordinated by Suman Bhatt.
The event was attended by over 200 people. It has been more than 20 years since Pushpa and Basuki Srivastava and BANE first started holding its annual holi function.
