wale 2 tbsp oil 1.2 tsp Jeera A pinch of hing ½ tsp salt 1 tomato cut
into large pieces and pulp removed 2 cups
coriander leaves 4 flakes garlic 1 1.2 piece of
ginger 2 green
chillies Juice of 1
lemon 1 tomato ½ tsp salt Grind all the
ingredients together for the dhania chutney Heat 2 tbsp oil
in a pressure cooker. Add Hing and Jeera and then add the peas. Fry for 2 to 3
minutes. Add the Dhania chutney to the peas and cook well. Add salt. Pressure
cook to give 1 whistle. Open the cooker and
