The Town of Lexington will be hosting a Candidate Forum on Friday February 15, 2019 with the six candidates who are contesting this year's Town Meeting Member elections. Currently there are 18 Indian-Americans in the 200-member elected body. Two incumbents are up for reelection while on is retiring. If all candidates win their respective election, Indian-American will make up 21 members in the elected body. The six candidates are:

Schedule for the evening is as follows:
7:00 – 7:20 - Meet and Greet
7:20 - 7:25 - Welcome, ELCA, IAL, iGIG intro, Logistics, Format
7:25 – 7:40 - Each Candidate will be allowed up to 3 minutes to introduce themselves (suggestions: education, family, professional, community activities, awards, etc.)
7:40 – 7:55 - Each Candidate will be allowed up to 3 & 1/2 minutes to talk on the following topic:
If elected, what are your top 2 areas / issues you plan to address and why have you chosen them
7:55 – 8:10 - Moderator will facilitate discussions on two undisclosed topics (one each for candidates for BOS and Planning Board). Each candidate will have 4 minutes to present her/ his point of view
8:10 : 8:25 Public questions- Moderator will ask questions based on collected/ shortlisted questions: (two each for candidates for BOS and Planning Board). Each candidate will have 2 minutes per question
8:25 – 8:45 Meet and Greet + Close-out
