Milton Resident Sugandha Gopal Crowned Mrs India Earth Classic 2018

Sugandha Gopal won the coveted Mrs. India Earth crown in the classic category. Mrs. India Earth pageant was held in New Delhi, India on September 07, 2018. Along with the crown of the winner Sugandha Gopal won the Mrs. Beautiful Evening Gown and Mrs. Vivacious titles. There were 49 contestants from India, USA and UK. Sugandha Gopal will now be seen competing at a global level at the Mrs. Earth 2019 pageant in Las Vegas.

Mrs. India Earth organization is committed to the task of saving and preserving the Earth. Through this unique platform the participants have conducted a number of plantation drives. The event spanned over 3 days and the contestants were judged on many levels including eco wear round, talent round, personal interview round, blue dress round, traditional wear round and evening gown round.

Sugandha is resident of Milton, MA. She is an attorney by profession, a theater actor who is active with SETU (Stage Ensemble Theater Unit), a member & emcee at Vrindavan Preservation Society (a Quincy based cultural organization) and a mother to 2 lovely girls.

Sugandha Gopal believes that all her struggles have made her a much stronger and compassionate person. The philosophy of the Mrs. India Earth organization resonates with Sugandha’s core values. She wants to teach children about the harmful effects of pollution on the environment specially, single use plastics. She believes that the Earth belongs to the coming generations and it is about time we all teach them how to take care of it.
