Bajra Pude ( Millet Pancakes)

Ingredients

 

1 cup Bajra Flour

½ cup gram flour or rice flour

½ cup sprouted moong

¼ cup grated onion

1 tablespoon spring onions

2 or 3 gloves garlic chopped

½ cup curd

¼ cup chopped cilantro

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

2 tbsp oil

Oil for shallow frying

Salt

 

Method

Put all the ingredients for the pudas in a vessel. Mix well and add enough water to make a loose batter. Set aside for atleast half hour. . Make round pudas on a skillet. Apply a little oil on both sides and shallow fry till done. Serve hot with green tomato chutney
