THE BIGGEST GARBA OF NEW ENGLAND
Academy of Creative Arts and Dhoom Entertainment are collaborating to bring the biggest Garba of New England to Boston area. “We are delighted to announce the biggest ever Navratri event in New England as our first fundraiser. Proceeds from this event would be used to expand the academy offerings by adding new educational programs for the benefit of our next generation of kids... .†said Java Joshi the founder of Academy of Creative Arts. This Rass-Garba event will be held on Sunday, September 10 (5:30 pm onwards) at the Ambrosia Banquet facility in Foxboro, MA. This event is being done in collaboration with Eshani Shah of Dhoom Entertainment. Eshani Shah is a household name when it comes to planning events and has been super successful catering to community needs in the New England area. The Artist – Shri Atul Purohit: A living legend when it comes to gujarati folk music and garba. Atul Purohit is also very famous for Sunderkand and devotional songs. Shri Atul Purohit has also achieved Gujarat Gaurav Puraskaar for his contribution to Gujarati folk music. Atul Purohit is a classical singer and founder of Rutambara Group - one of the major attractions at United Way of Vadodara. He has been singing for United Way for the last 18 years. Considering the huge crowd (50k+) that it attracts every year, United way organizers have applied for Guinness Book of World Records for having highest number of people at its venue. “This is the first time he is coming to Boston/New England and ours will be only show in MA, RI & CT. All other cities he has performed including at Met Life stadium NY, TX, CT etc. he has drawn crowds ranging from 5000 to 12000. We are expecting a raving response and want to create one of a kind experience for all our participants to enjoy real traditional Garba from the best of Gujarat when it comes to Garbaâ€â€¦ said Eshani Shah This event is expected to draw participation of over 2500+ members. The event is strategically planned to be in Foxboro near Gillette stadium at Ambrosia for convenience of members from MA, RI and CT. The venue has ample FREE parking, indoor carpeted and air conditioned hall that can accommodate the expected 2500+ audience comfortably. Delicious Gujarati street foods and delicacies will also be served for attendees as refreshments. Any sponsors and vendors who might be interested getting large audience exposure take note. About the organizers: Java Joshi the Founder and President of Academy of Creative Arts. Academy of Creative Arts is a school where 30+ different forms of creative and performing art programs such as Art, Music, Dance, Theatre & Acting, Photography, Henna, Public Speaking, Karate, Table Tennis etc. are all taught under one roof at the new 18000 sq. ft facility in Burlington. Eshani Shah is owner of a very successful Entertainment / Event Management company Dhoom Entertainment which arranges programs all over USA since 1987.
