The Shirdi Way is the new Way to Shirdi

 A new street named Shirdi way came into existence and with that Groton Shirdi Dham and Mission Center now has a new address. 

The SHIRDI WAY, Groton, MA is now the NEW WAY TO SHIRDI FOR all devotees who want to experience Sai and Shirdi in North America.

The world is a manifestation of god’s form. The beauty of the God is projected in various forms and in one of the form you can see it in Groton with New England Shirdi Sai Parivaar’s Sai Baba Temple and Mission center. In this case Baba’s blessings are manifested as the collective consciousness of Sai Devotees came together.

This Shirdi of the western world in Groton creates a unique ecosystem where you can FEEL the Shirdi BHAAV and be transported in time to feel the eternal presence of Sai as you enter this spiritual oasis. 

Baba used to say, "Those who think that Baba is a person with a three-and-a-half cubit body or that I am present only in Shirdi haven't seen me at all!" The essential substance Baba's wonderful deeds and dictum is to make us experience his presence shining in all beings everywhere or, to put it in Baba's words, "wherever you look".   

The purpose of the external journey is to have darshan of Lord, and to inspire in us thereby to have his darshan inwardly and to experience him in all beings everywhere.

In essence that’s what the Groton Shirdi Dham will provide all the devotees, an opportunity to feel the presence of Sai accompanied by the selfless service of the dedicated volunteers to make your experience that propels you to blissful journey with Sai.

NESSP is an independent local organization that has been serving the devotee needs for last nine years. In addition to temple related activities, NESSP also believes in helping the community that its part of. The organization has an active Charitable and Philanthropy charter. The different charitable activities NESSP has undertaken in the past are: Disaster Relief, Annadaan (food donation) to the homeless, Winter Clothes drive – Collection and distribution of warm winter clothes to the needy. Red Cross Blood donation drives, Lowell General hospital cancer center walks. NESSP Conducts Free health camp and Dental camps, Meditation and Yoga sessions. For kids, NESSP Conducts chess classes, Annual Academic competitions. NESSP is run by a dedicated team of volunteers.
