Indian Parliament passes bill to raise maternity leave to 26 weeks!--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Edith Fuller is bound for the Scripps National Spelling Bee after becoming the youngest winner of a regional competition in Oklahoma. Last year’s youngest contestant was 6-year-old Akash Vukoti from San Angelo, Texas.
