TAGB Diwali Gala Nite Promises Fun And Entertainment

For an evening filled with fun and laughter, reserve this Saturday November 22nd and head to the Joseph Keefe Technical School at Framingham. The Telugu Association of Boston is hosting Diwali celebrations as part of the Boston Telugu Festival. A full length comedy drama Kirayi Chuttalu (rented relatives), by the same group of artists ‘Antha Scene Ledhu’ that performed last year to the delight of many are back again this year.

The Association will also give an award to Sri Rayapati Sambasiva Rao (Ex MP, agriculturist, social and political activist. It will also honor Sri Darisi Pavan, for his various accomplishments.

The program also includes a kid’s fancy dress competition, songs, dances, classical music Win Telugu DVDs by participating in the quiz based on the drama.

Dr.Srinivas Kodali, TANA 2005 convener will be the Chief Guest and Sri Pradeep Shakti, Veteran actor/ Director and Producer will be the Special Guest. Mr. M.R.G. Vinod Reddy will also be present.

Ranjan Vadlapatla, President TAGB says of the event. "We hope that all Telugus in the area will come with their families. It is a wonderful occasion for the community to spend the evening in the company of friends. We have a good program out for the day."
