Indian Medical Association of New England (IMANE) is holding their 38th "Annual Meeting and Gala 2016” on November 19^th,2016 at Burlington Marriott Hotel in Burlington, MA celebrating the success of their organization ,All -physicians as well as non-physicians are invited to the gala.

The program will begin at 4.30 pm with General Body meeting and Elections for 2017. Cocktail Reception will be from 5-6.30PM. Official program will commence at 6.30 pm with a Welcome speech & Overview of the Year by IMANE President, Dr. Sapna Aggarwal. Chief Guest & Keynote Speaker, Amarpreet Sawhney, Ph.D., who is Chief Executive Officer of Ocular Therapeutix will address the audience followed by a speeches from Distinguished Guests Dr. Prem Shekhar & Dr. Ajay Lodha. Dr. Prem S. Shekar is the chief of the Division of Cardiac Surgery and surgical director of the Heart and Vascular Center at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Dr. Lodha is the current President of the American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin (AAPI), the largest ethnic organization in the United States of America. This will be followed by presentation of Awards to honor some members of IMANE for their distinguished work. Official program will conclude with remarks & announcement of slate for 2017 by President Elect, Dr. Sameer Kapasi. 

At 8 pm, delicious Indian Cuisine will be served by Gourmet India followed by a very Special Entertainment Program: “MASTANI SHAAM"; Relive the magic of immortal songs by Best Singers of New England: Mohan Subramaniam, Sowmya, Nidhi and Hemant followed by dancing on the dance floor with very Special DJ Preetesh Shrivastava.

Exhibitor booths including pharmaceuticals, small businesses, clothing and jewelry will be available to visit throughout the program 

Dress Code is Indian or Western formal.
