Gurjar celebrated Diwali with the community on Sunday, November 6th at The Radisson Hotel in Chelmsford. The event was attended by over 250 guests who could not stop raving about the delicious food by BAPS, music by Music Masti band from India and beautiful decorations by our very own Shobha Shastry.  At this event Shefali and Vinay Kalyani were honored for their grassroot charity work as well as Mr. Sushil Tuli for his work in the South Asian Community. Gurjar also acknowledged Jamson Hotel Management Group for their support and the sponsors who have been the backbone for its success.

Gurjar completes 40 years in 2017. Gurjar as it stands today is due to the strong support and participation from the Gujarati community as well as the New England Community and the selfless work by the Executive Committee and the volunteers.  Gurjar is planning several big celebration in 2017 so visit www.gurjar.org for updates.
