Smita is a legendary Indian movie actress based out of Mumbai, India. In her quest to seeking a balance in her hectic life as a successful actress and family life, she embarked upon a journey that led her to the path of meditation and healing. Oneness University of Spirituality in Chennai, India was her first spiritual experience of a process known as the phala diksha—the fruit boon the turning point. Smita has spent 30 years tuning her life with expertise in soul guidance and Chakra healing. Smita is a certified Reiki Grand Master, certified also in Yoga, Kundalini energy, Advanced Pranic Healing, Master in Chakra Healing, Access Bars - Access Consciousness. She has held successful workshops in UK and the US. She is Author of the book- “Before tomorrow” it unlocks her journey to finding happiness in the most simple aspects of life. The book was released by the famous Indian cricketer- Sachin Tendulkar.

Smita is also heavily vested in the community, holding youth centric workshops, raising funds through workshops toward underprivileged girl’s education, save the girl child projects.

A simple introduction to our magical tuning centres - Chakras

Chakras are energy centres that help you align yourself with universal cosmic energies. There are more than 100 chakras associated with each individual but the most vital of them are the 7 chakras located within our body.

 

These chakras take care our physical, metaphysical and practical well being. If our chakras are not aligned or if they are not correctly activated, we face physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual problems.

Chakra Balancing and activating chakras correctly is of utmost importance for all of us. When all our individual energy centres are perfectly aligned, they raise the collective consciousness leading to a revolution of humanity.  

‘Chakras’ is a universal phenomenon. Any human being born on this planet is born with these energy centres. It is entirely science-based and has nothing to do with religion. Even our planet earth has its own chakras. Therefore, it is very essential to be in sync with the universal energies to manifest what you want in life.

Once you understand how these chakras work you can easily figure out how to help yourself and others. Even the Kundalini Shakti, which is your life force, will gently rise once the chakras are aligned. When the lower chakras are aligned and activated, the third eye chakra also gets activated automatically. If your chakras are aligned, your aura is strengthened and you can become a healer by default.

If there is any discordance in your life,example if your going through a financial crisis, if you have major health issues, feeling low, demotivated,depressions, relation problems, you feel stuck, if you don't have answers to certain situations of life, addiction, and various other areas of life are taken care of when there is a balance of the energy centres. I am in the acting career for the past 30 yrs. M y spiritual journey also began at the same time. I learnt a lot of things under the guidance of my masters. The topic of these energy centres some how caught my interest, reason being it is applicable to every human being born on this planet. It does not have any religious connotation, I personally don't believe in religion. Also it has a scientific approach. Being an educated person coming from a family of lawyers and tend to question everything. 

Besides I get some kind of a kick when I reach out to people. I call it the "Helpers High".

I know from my own experience how it has transformed me and others, so this humble effort to spread it.
