The first phase of the project was recently initiated with the delivery of some essential items including groceries, pillows, and blankets to several needy families in Bharathidasan Colony – K.K. Nagar, Chennai. The Temple is happy to share pictures of the distribution of the aid and of the grateful recipients of the aid in this first phase. The Temple plans to support about 25 families initially. The support will be extended to more families depending on the amount of funds the Temple is able to raise for this effort. The Temple welcomes your contribution to this effort. Any amount however small contributed to this Paropakara Nidhi (funds to serve others) is welcome.
