Vishwa Hindu Parishad f America, Boston Chapter hosted a musical evening with artists Mohan and Kavita Wanchoo, Anurag Harsh, Nitin Mitta and Rohan Prabhudesai. The evening was an opportunity for the community to learn about the Om Community Center that is being built in Billerica, MA.

The event opened with lovely invocation by Swathi Sharma and the Bal-vihar children. This was followed by a Shraddhanjali to Shri Arun Agarwal, a strong supporter of VHPA. Shraddanjali was also offered to Swami Dayanand Saraswathi and Shri Ashok Singhal ji. 

The first musical segment featured a Mohan Wanchoo, whose light music segment had the audience dancing away. Kavita Wanchoo presented a duet with Mohan. Singer Ajay Kaul also presented a couple of songs. 

This was followed by a presentation on the Om Community Center, a dream of Prem and Tej Tanden from Billerica who have donated the land and significant funds.  The center is expected to be a center that   serves the needs of the community 

Puran Dang, Mool Raj Mathur, KG Narayanan, Anil Saigal, Saraswati Nachur, Kumkum Dilwali, Anupam & Neelam Wali, Pradeep & Sunita Shukla, Apeksha Tripathi, Jai Patel, Vani Sharma, Yogesh Mishra, Praveen Mishra and Valentino Almeida, Harish Dang  and Ranjani Saigal were active participants in the program. 

The second half of the program featured a fabulous classical music concert by  Anurag Harsh accompanied by Nitin Mitta & Rohan Prabhudesai; Mohan . Shailesh Salgar provided audio support.
