Koh-I-Noor Collections held its holiday sale in Lexington, MA on October 18, 2015. Koh-I-Noor collections aspires to bring the finest Indian clothing to the Boston area. “When I visit India, I travel far and wide to pick the best. I also know many of the people in the Boston area and thus often try to pick pieces that I think would suit them,†says Lata Rao, Founder of Koh-I-Noor collections. Lata Rao, along with her husband, Dr. Manohar Rao is very active in the community supporting the various events in the Boston area and thus knows the members of the community well.
“We aim to fulfill the Indian clothing and jewelry needs of all women by providing boutique quality clothing at wholesale market price,†said Lata. This event was a resounding success. Everyone who walked in found something they liked and bought it immediately. “I really want to thank all my customers for their continued patronage. To have a fall opening that was so successful means a lot to me. It is also special that the sale happened during Navarathri – a time when we celebrate womanhood,†said Lata. All Saris come with fall stitched. The blouse piece is also cut and kept ready. If tassels and other decorations are required for the blouse, they are also attached. “We try to make it very easy for the wearer to be able to use the piece as soon as possible,†said Lata.
If you missed the fabulous sale, do not panic. The next event is this Sunday at the MALCO Art Center, Attleboro from 11 am to 6 pm, with lots of new items being displayed.
