THE ALBUM

“Nadopasana – Musical Worship”, the latest album in the “Dwell on Dharma” series, under the auspices of the Hindu Temple of New Hampshire and Bharathi Vidyashram , was kindly released by Sangeeta Choodamani Vidwan Sri O.S. Thiagarajan at the Hindu Temple of New Hampshire, Nashua, NH, earlier this summer.  The album features a number of songs in praise of various deities, and their beautiful rendering by the experienced trio of artists - Aparna Balaji (vocal), Surya Sundararajan (violin) and Gaurish Chandrashekar (mridangam) - creates a deep sense of serenity and peace in the mind of the listener.  A video preview of this melodious work is available at this YouTube link.

“Dwell on Dharma” is an experiment that attempts to exploit the global reach and ubiquity of the Internet, the popularity and appeal of modern content delivery mechanisms such as iTunes and Spotify among the younger generation, to raise funds to support a charitable cause, and to create awareness about the effective device of Namasmarana.

â€œNadopasana – Musical Worship” can be purchased as a digital download on popular outlets including iTunes, Amazon and Google Play, and as a CD at Amazon CreateSpace. The CD’s are available at the Hindu Temple of New Hampshire also. The album can also be streamed to your phone or computer through Spotify. All proceeds from the sale and streaming of the album will go to support the Hindu Temple of New Hampshire. The CD will be a great gift to give to friends who visit you during Navaratri.

This album was made possible by the generosity of the artists and the production team who took the time from their busy schedules to perform, record and produce the album gratis as a service to the community. Please encourage the artists, the initiative, and the cause by showing your generous support. Please share this article, spread the word through your social media networks, and purchase copies of the album for yourself and or your friends!

ANANDA AMRUTAVARSHINI

We invite you to enjoy these delightful divine musical showers in the form of the songs from the summer concert as well as from the CD, join this musical worship, experience the serenity and peace of Bhakti and Namasmarana, and support a noble cause.
