IAGB will hold its general election for the IAGB Executive Committee (2015-2017) comprising of four officers (President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer) and fifteen directors. 

IAGB members who wish to be nominated to the various positions on the Executive Committee (2015-2017) should contact the Chair, or any member, of the Nominating Committee. The deadline for filing nominations are September 10.

The nomination should include the title of the position for which the paper is being submitted, the names of at least 7 members proposing and seconding the candidate, and a brief “signed” statement from the candidate accepting the nomination and pledging to abide by the Bylaws of the Association.

The nomination should also include an attachment providing: (i) a brief bio of the candidate including his/her contributions to IAGB, (ii) his/her vision for IAGB, and (iii) how the candidate expects to realize that vision.
