Deshpande on Wednesday sentenced Bollywood actor Salman Khan to five years in jail for the 2002 hit-and-run accident that killed one man and injured four. he 'Dabbangg' Khan has finally proven guilty after 13 years of trial. Bollywood actor Salman Khan has been found guilty, according to the session court Salman was under the influence of alcohol, when he drove over men sleeping on a pavement in Mumbai 13 years ago.One man had died during the accident and four others were injured. Salman has been charged with culpable homicide, which carried a jail term of up to 10 years maximum.

The upcoming sex comedy 'Mastizaade' seems to have hit a roadblock with the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) supposedly seeing red over the adult content. The Milap Zaveri-directed flick starring Sunny Leone was supposed to hit the theatres on May 1, but the makers are still awaiting certification.Says a source at the CBFC, `The film has to go through a lot of cuts, thanks to its bold content. The Censor Board's revising committee will take a final call on the scenes and dialogues that need to be chopped off. Many Board members are not happy with the content and the certification process might take longer than anticipated.`

Traffic cops put a lock on the front wheel of Asin's car that was stationed in the no-parking zone at the Santa Cruz airport. The actress, who had made a dash to her car post her arrival at the domestic airport, waited for a good 10 minutes before the authorities unlocked the wheel. She then zoomed off without paying any fine for unlawful parking.
