The IAYG Annual Conference is a public conference run by high schoolers. Each year, the conference focuses on a different topic related to diversity. This year the theme is "Diversity of Leadership". The conference aims to highlight that leaders can be from varied backgrounds and that there are many different ways to lead effectively. There will be a keynote talk by noted author and Harvard Business School professor, Tom DeLong followed by interactive panels and workshops that will give kids the chance to test some of what they've heard. This really is a unique enrichment opportunity that should be a lot of fun as well. The event is free and high schoolers are welcome to attend. I'd be grateful if you would consider sharing this information.
