To all our readers at Lokvani – We wish you a very Happy New Year! 2014 has been a great year with much accomplished and we are moving into 2015 with great hopes and aspirations.. 

Many New Year’s Eve parties dotted the New England landscape including Bollywood Glitz, Bollywood Dhamaka, Bindaas Masti and United India Association Parties. Some partied at home with friends. Yet others attended larger parties with DJ music and danced the night away.  Yet others attended Bhajans and other spiritual gatherings to welcome the New Year. 

We tasted a little of all three this New Year’s eve. We had a rocking time at the Bindas Masti party where the dynamic duo, DJ Preetesh Shrivastav and event manager Jharna Madan had something for everyone. Games, Photo Booth, children’s room and so much more allowed the adults and the children to have fun.  It was great to see this party grow so much from 2013. 

For our family we could not have asked for a better heralding of the New Year than listening to Bhajans sung by some of the finest singers in New England. We at Lokvani pray for a great year ahead. 

May all troubles vanish and peace be upon everyone. May all achieve their goals for 2015.
