Press Release 10/22/2014
TiE-Boston is excited for the return of its Monthly Dinner next week on October 28 at the Burlington Marriott. If you have not attended a Monthly Dinner before, then this is your chance to experience the opportunities this event has to offer first-hand!
Starting a company is not the same as building a business. Nitin Nohria, Dean of Harvard Business School, will deliver an interactive keynote address on “Entrepreneurs: Building Businesses, Driving Prosperity†discussing how entrepreneurs are only as good as the people they attract and other hallmarks of successful entrepreneurs.
A new feature being added to the Monthly Dinner includes a session similar to PowerLunch at TiECON East. During dinner, each table will be led by a TiE-Boston Charter Member and anyone is welcome to join his/her table. It is a great chance for attendees to meet and have in-depth conversations with some of the most successful entrepreneurs in the area!
Some of the Charter Members who will be in attendance to host a table include Murali Aravamudan (Founder of Veveo, sold to Rovi), Ashok Boghani (former Associate Partner at Monitor Innovation), Monica Chandra (President & Co-founder of TurnRight Advice Solutions), Puneesh Chaudhry (Co-Founder & CEO of Copiun, sold to Good Technology), Venkat Kolluri (CEO of Chitika), Steve Dahill (Vice President of CapeStart), Sushil Tuli (President of Leader Bank), and Praveen Tailam (Managing Director of TiE Angels).
So come network with thought leaders, serial entrepreneurs, and industry peers, while hearing a thought provoking keynote address and enjoying a sumptuous Indian dinner. Don’t miss the chance to hear from Nohria and be part of this great event! For more details and to register for the event visit: https://boston.tie.org/event/9/monthly-dinner-meeting-hbs-dean.
