Leader Bank, N.A. is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has promoted Jay Tuli, Patrick Boyaggi and Mike Tassone, each of whom will assume the position of Senior Vice President effective immediately.  “On behalf of all our directors, I am pleased to announce these promotions within our existing management team,” said Sushil Tuli, President and CEO of Leader Bank.  “Jay, Patrick and Mike have been key leaders within the Bank for years, and these promotions will allow each to make even greater contributions to Leader Bank’s success.”

In addition to their new responsibilities as members of the Bank’s senior management team, Mssrs. Tuli, Boyaggi and Tassone shall continue to lead key divisions of Leader Bank.  Jay Tuli shall remain the head of Leader Bank’s retail banking and marketing teams, Patrick Boyaggi shall continue to lead the residential mortgage origination department, and Mike Tassone will continue to supervise the Bank’s secondary marketing division.  In addition, each have played important roles in developing the strategic vision of the Bank across all departments, and have made key contributions in executing that vision.  “We are confident that our expanded management team will allow Leader Bank to remain at the forefront of community banking for decades to come,” said Sushil Tuli.

Jay Tuli has served various roles within Leader Bank since 2006, most recently as Vice President of Retail Banking, and received his MBA from Harvard Business School.  Patrick Boyaggi has been Vice President of Residential Lending for Leader Bank since 2010, and received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.  Michael Tassone has served Leader Bank as Vice President of Business Development since 2013, and received his MBA from Harvard Business School.
