Attempting to do a 55 Km walk was a crazy idea! Yet the actual implementation of the walk on a beautiful beach in Goa turned out to be a mind opening experiences, learning about interesting social enterprises in India while raising money for a great cause was a truly exhilarating experience. The combined monies raised for UMMEED from all the walkers were over $80,000. The logistics of the walk was done by a New England AIF Fellow. [more]
