The India Association of Greater Boston (IAGB) celebrated India’s 75th Independence Day at the Hatch Shell in a spectacular fashion on Sunday, Aug. 15, 2021. Over 7000 people attended the event. The event featured a live concert by the Berklee Indian Ensemble.

Historic Celebration Of India’s 75th Independence Day At Rhode Island State House In America | by Geetha Patil
State House of Rhode Island, the building that features the fourth largest structural-stone dome in the world, topped by a gilded statue of "The Independent Man", representing freedom and independence became part of 75th Independence Day Celebration by displaying Indian tricolors on the entire building. Both Governor and General Treasurer of Rhode Island joined in person the celebrations.

Arangetram - Anwita Kasar | Anwita Kasar, a rising junior at the Acton-Boxborough Regional High School achieved the first milestone of her journey of dance on Saturday August 7, 2021, at Chinmaya Maruti Temple in Andover, MA. Beautifully dressed up Anwita in traditional Bharat Natyam costumes mesmerized the audience by her 2 ½ hr. graceful solo performances choreographed by her guru Jyothi Raghavan in various segments during her Arangetram.
