| Hindu Students Council Launches “Hindu Dharma Through The Arts” |  |
Hindu Students Council (HSC) launched its first Online Benefit Arts Competition, called Hindu Dharma through the Arts (HDA 2020), on July 1, 2020. This initiative is a way to encourage creativity and engagement with Hindu identity, aims to provide a platform for artistic expression, and creates an innovative avenue to donate money for COVID-19 response efforts. HDA 2020 is open to all arts lovers of all ages throughout the world.

The liveBio Program is a three-week program open to 7-9th graders and some 10th graders who have an interest in biology. All fees from this program will be donated to a nonprofit organization known as Abby’s House to help provide shelter for women and children. Led and organized by Bagwat Krishnan, the ensemble features 24 singers and musicians who performed and released “Yun Hi Chala” from Swades(2004) on Facebook as a fundraiser effort.
