Its 2019 budget - $16.7 billion, which is approximately 36 percent of total state budget appropriations.

Poet, composer and singer extraordinaire, Smt. Kiran Nath led a team of wonderful singers, musicians and dancer as they presented a beautiful medley of Hindi and Punjabi folk songs. The event was called “Maahiya”, a term of endearment in Punjabi that refers to the beloved. The music filled the hearts of the listener with great joy.

Founded in 2009 by Hindustani singer and environmentalist Warren Senders, the concert series is organized to benefit the climate-change awareness group 350MA.org.
